Wavy and Cury hair has its own wonderful personality. We just have to take some time to get to know her better. This is where Curl Crafting comes in. There is a lot of curly advice out there, and if you pay attention to enough of it, you'll find it all can be so overwhelming. Let's take the overwhelm out of your routine. My goal is to help you learn how to manage your waves and curls, keep them bouncy, frizz free, healthy and defined. As well as help you design a clean curly routine that works into your lifestyle.

Curl Crafting Process
ONE
CONSULTATION
Bring 2-3 photos of hair lengths and shapes that you love. We will throughly discuss what is realistic for your hair texture, preferences and desired styling effort level. As well as review what you are currently using for washing, conditioning and styling products.
TWO
DRY CUT
Get ready to get fluffy. We know that curl patterns vary around the head. By cutting the hair where it lies, dry, we get a better picture of where it will exist in your style. This also allows me to see the texture differences and adjust their cuts accordingly.
THREE
TO THE SINK
Chemicals in tap water, minerals in well water, chlorine in pool water and styling products can all build up on the hair. This not only can cause structural damage but also confuse the curl. In this step, we will clarify, detox and pack in moisture for the best styling canvas possible. I hope you like a scalp massage!

PRODUCT
Depending on the results of our consultation, products may be applied at the sink, the styling chair or a combination of both. Questions about what, why and how are more than welcome here! I carry a variety of clean hair care and styling products for your convenience but no pressure! If you have products that you love, or don’t know how to use: feel free to bring them along and we can talk about them too!
FIVE
DIFFUSE
Time to diffuse blow dry style those healthy, happy curls! Please let me know if you have any mobility challenges as we will be leaning back, side to side and flipping the hair upside-down to diffuse style.
SIX
FINE TUNE CUT
Now we get to nit pick where everything is laying. Here we will do some minor fine tuning to the hair cut.
